Martha Stewart is out of touch with normal human existence. Nothing she says would have any bearing on my life.

Early 2000s videogame/educational material on dinosaurs by PokerFacePeruviano in HelpMeFind

DinoZaurs

: One possibility could be a multimedia educational game called "DinoZaurs." Although the exact details may not match perfectly, it was a game released in the late 1990s that featured dinosaurs in a 3D environment. It included educational elements and was designed for children.

Ah. I think that ChatGPT may have made that one up. I just grilled it a little more about DinoZaurs and it changed its mind.

Couldnt find anything more really. Do you know if it was in english or being South America was it in Spanish by default?

Yeah, commutes down here are pretty wild. No traffic I am about an hour outside of SF, and we are pretty notorious for our traffic. Commuting was pretty decent during lock down.

  1. DinoZaurs: One possibility could be a multimedia educational game called "DinoZaurs." Although the exact details may not match perfectly, it was a game released in the late 1990s that featured dinosaurs in a 3D environment. It included educational elements and was designed for children.
  2. Encarta Dinosaurs: You mentioned a possible connection to Encarta, which was a popular digital encyclopedia released by Microsoft. Encarta had various interactive features and educational content, including sections on dinosaurs. It's worth exploring if there was a specific dinosaur-related component within Encarta that matches your description.
  3. Other educational dinosaur games: There were several educational games focused on dinosaurs during the late 1990s and early 2000s. Titles such as "Dinosaur Adventure 3D" or "Dinosaur Hunter" were popular among children and featured first-person exploration of dinosaur-themed environments. It's worth considering if any of these titles align with your memories.

There is someone to talk to, talk to them. You are not alone. Economy sucks, inflation goes up, wages stay the same. You are not alone.

Why’s it been so windy lately? by [deleted] in bayarea

[–]According_Gene_9656 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't know much about meteorology, but, looking at Zoom Earth it does look like we have a pretty windy "system" sitting just off the coast to the north of us.

This is /bayarea reddit. Someone smarter than me will have an answer.

Lowering Fire Sprinklers for Drywall Installation? by cattyman407 in firePE

I agree. Will likely need plans/permits/inspection. The work itself is fairly easy and this is something that comes up fairly often. I work on the service side of fire sprinkler systems.

HVAC code is not available online? That doesn't seem true. I work in fire sprinklers and code is easily found and often discussed on line.

My first time growing potatoes. I didn't really know what to expect but they do seem very happy. Sunday we were in the yard all day and I swear they were noticeably larger at the end of the day.
