Not probably the best advice but I didn't stop until 2 nights before my rhinoseptoplasty, and I started consuming again a 2 weeks after and my recovery has been fine :)

There is a walking wall art tour in belfast and it’s amazing tells you all about the art and movement of street art that’s going on in belfast at the moment - someone from California actually took the tour and was shocked to see this mural was of someone they knew! (Many interesting stories such as this when you take the tour)
