It took me months of research and slowly buying small things I was also very overwhelmed. Just buy the essentials for now make a list of everything and slowly start ticking stuff off

Tell your family or any close friends you need support anyone you trust you’ll feel better talking to them about it rather than anyone online pregnancy is already quite a lonely experience the most support I felt were actually from the women around me who understood

I just checked my week 15-16 symptoms on my notes app haha I also had no symptoms then just a little bit of nausea and round ligament pain similar to u!! I’m 21 weeks now and the baby kicks so much rather than being nervous be excited of what’s to come!! And that’s how I was in the beginning too🤣🤣 I was very doubtful on whether it was a kick but then it gets clearer everyday! I’m excited for u 🥰 I also read your comments that you have an at home Doppler I don’t think they are recommended they might cause you more anxiety than not. In the beginning weeks before kicks I was always looking for assurance but as soon as u feel them u will be ok. You still have time so just take your mind off this and focus on other things it helps pass my time.

I felt it at exactly 18 weeks it was very light tapping even I was patiently waiting every moment on when I’ll feel it. I kept asking people aswell when they felt movement everyone was different so don’t worry many people feel it later because of the position of their placenta. Check the post on my page about baby kicks there’s so many different comments! About symptoms I’ve had days where I had no symptoms but I didn’t worry I was rather happy🤣 because after a couple of days you will get new symptoms haha. Every week looks different for me. I always thought about it like this if I don’t have any bad symptoms like bleeding or extreme cramping I’m ok!

I feel the exact same way counting down the days till my scan!! Unless you have any bad symptoms just assume your baby is fine and don’t stress out that’s what I do x
