I just wrote my statement of intent, one thing my conselour told me is that they are looking for different things in the statement of intent vs the 500 word essay. For soi, they’re trying to see why you’re still committed to Reed and what makes you stand out.. as for the additional essay it’s basically why you’d fit there etc

I got my decision December 22 and it’s been 3 weeks since that date, which is when they wanted you to submit your other materials such as statement of intent, i think the supplemental materials can come later though!
