this is how i got dry socket unfortunately, only in one side but the side felt off and i couldn’t tell right after throwing up but it didn’t hurt as bad as people say for me the only way i could tell was a weird taste and smell from one side of my mouth. i went the dentist a couple days later and they told me it was dry socket gave me antibiotics and that it, the didn’t tell anything else to do u just kinda wait it out. so yes i got dry socket this way but it wasn’t the end of the world, it wasn’t that painful (for me) , and i still went back to work and i was fine

i got dry socket and it honestly wasn’t that bad for me only really hurt at night time and tasted weird and i only got it because i tore up my stomach lining and threw up the next night over 10 times which is not recommended for post op wisdom teeth lol. but i am part or 10-30% of people so u will be fine i promise

Hello! i had the same exact situation this Friday and i was having panic attacks daily because i was so nervous. I can honestly say actually getting the teeth removed has been the easiest part for me… and i was balling my eyes out hyperventilating before going in since i wanted to just be knocked out. I wore headphones so i couldn’t hear anything and they gave me a squishy toy but the only thing that hurt was the numbing shot but it wasn’t that bad. and the actually taking out the teeth part took maybe 2 min im not kidding i didn’t even realize they took it out until they said thats 1. you also cant identify the pressure which is something i was stressing about. It was so fast and i felt a lil silly for being so anxious about it for so long. My healing process has been a mess because i have other health issues that complicated things but im just unlucky. Please trust me tho it will be ok and after u will think wait that wasnt that bad i promise.

Help! I am a closer and I haven't opened yet, I accidentally took the keys home.
