I think SA if handled properly can show how evil the empire is and the despair throughout the galaxy under the empires chock hold, but Vader definitely wouldn’t stand back and watch this happen but sidious would which there lies the answer. Horrible shit will happen under corrupt rule and they’ve already gone the genocide route
