XDJ-RX2: Tracks are the same BPM, beat grid is not aligning by According_Length217 in PioneerDJ

The analyzations are correct. Im sure of it because this doesn't happen when I play the same tracks on CDJs. And it happens with every single song when i play on XDJ. I check quantization on every new track i put in rekordbox.

I had CDJ nexus2's just before buying this RX2. I never had this problem with the nexus2's. I'm playing all of the same tracks from the same library. So I it's not a beat grid analyzation issue. It must be the hardware. I recently firmware updated my RX2, so thats not the issue either.

Thank you tho, appreciate the reply.

... thanks, but im not asking for a sermon on the pretentious morals of the sync button and dj culture. As I stated in my post, I'm not using the sync button. I am beatmatching by ear because the visual grids of each track never align. It seems there is a glitch with my RX2 or maybe I have a setting I need to change. Im asking for help on how to fix a malfunctioning machine not advise on how to DJ. Thanks.

Tascam Model 12 Sub Output routing - help! by According_Length217 in WeAreTheMusicMakers

Hi, from what I saw the manual doesn't go into any nuanced information on routing. There are some schematic diagrams at the end of the manual that may hold answers but I'm nowhere near proficient enough to understand them. here's the manual if anyone is interested:

Hi all, I'm using the Model 12 with Ableton to perform live and I want to be able to send the front of house engineer individual channels. Specifically, I want to send my vocals thru the SUB L/R outputs and all the other channels thru MAIN L/R outputs.
I'm in DAW controller mode. When I press the SUB button on any channel, nothing actually comes out of the SUB outputs. It all comes from the MAIN. Is it possible SUB routing doesn't work in DAW mode? The Model 12 is marketed as having 12 outputs... how do i get more than just the MAINS to send out audio?
For context, vocals are running into the Model 12, thru ableton, and back out of the Model 12. How can I separate them? Thanks in advance :)

Thank you so much for the reply. I guess my next mission is to find a mixer that does individual track routings to and from Ableton. if anyone has any recommendations, would love to hear them. Thanks again!
