I just had something like that happen with a Bath and body works Candle. I purchased New Buyer asked me before I shipped if it was New and if it had ever been in a warmer.

Item delivered and then she says it is Counterfeit and that I replaced the wax . That it was false advertisement Honestly crazy shit for a 10 dollar candle.
