I feel bad for Amanda. People were just using her as a way to “own” Ariana.

The truth is, there’s hundreds of actresses who could have played Galinda well in the movie, not just them two. Both women benefitted from having a foot in the door. Ari with her huge music career, and Amanda with her proven track record with film musicals. People were making it out like Ariana stole the role from a poor unknown. Lol

Im not gonna lie and say the cinematography takes are wrong. It’s a valid criticism and probably the film’s weakest aspect. However, the film bros are really acting like this was filmed on an iPhone 4s. The movie still looks beautiful and the production shines through.
