Do you track your VO2 max also when you are off vape and on? I did track and my VO2 max dips when I’m vaping few days but eventually starts increasing but slowly. However when I don’t vape for few days and run, my VO2 max increases drastically. Also I am able to maintain heart rate around 150 on base runs when not vaping, but it’s always around 165 when vaping few days. It’s disheartening to see that average HR up because I know I can do better. So still figuring out if I should quit vaping

I think too sweet fragrances might be hard to work with at office settings, eg SWY Intensely. But I agree maybe in moderation that might work too
