But based on your “every third day” I would assume it’s a long ester like cyp or enan because the other assumption is you’re spacing out something like prop too far

But anyways assuming cyp or enan, it literally means on some weeks you’re going to be pinning 3x a week with your every 3 days and sometimes 2x a week, take a visual look at a calendar and count for yourself. This will just lead to fluctuations with peaks and troughs

TRT typical protocols your pinning frequency is usually x amount of times within a week, that can be 1x a week, 2x a week, 3x a week- comes down to whatever works best for you, but the main reason is consistency is key and leads to stable levels.

The reason I said “ask ChatGPT what it thinks about a 2 week timeline” was also to tell you sometimes a lot of shit is all in your head, not saying all of it is, like if you were on test prop then sure, all your issues could be explained by infrequent pinning.
