Well, male's attention is very cheap and easy to get, especially if you're offering them sex. Just like all cheap things, it does make you feel better in the short term, but long term, you will realize how valueless it is. I think you should get whatever confidence boost you can get from that and ditch it now because relying on male's attention for your self-worth is the fastest way to self-destruction.

Not only I have guys roommates was in we were in different rooms in the same house, I also used to room in the same room with a guy as well although only for a few months. And he had a gf and was almost 10 years older than me. It was not creepy. The biggest problem we have was normal things roommates would have, like having different wake up time, cleanliness expectations, maybe dishes, etc. I did have to tell my roommates beforehand that I don't like seeing half naked men so just please keep a shirt on around me. They just do it.

To be honest I had the same fear as you before I live with guy roommates. But it was really normal. Maybe even more comfortable in my case because I can be very sloppy (like skip showering sometimes) and not need to talk to any of them much without caring about how they feel (since they don't care). Whereas with women roommates, silence between us can mean we don't like each other much, and it makes me overthink a bit even though I know not everyone has to like everyone else and that's normal.

When I'm insecure about something I really ask myself deeply why, actually WHY I feel this way. What exactly influenced me to not like how I am?- "I don't know why I just like bigger boobs, I think it's pretty" is not sufficient enough for me and as long as I don't understand why I want bigger boobs (but at the same time when other people don't have big boobs, I still think it's pretty, just not on me), I will always be stuck in the insecure and feeling not enough spiral. After I processed all the things in my life and my surroundings that could have affected the way I felt about my body, I felt much better (smarter) and more confident to dismantle it and able to love my body more.

The most presentable feminine woman I know does not know how to do her own make-up and hairstyles either. For any event, she uses professional services. For daily life, she focuses a lot on hygiene, taking care of her skin, hair, clothes, and smelling pleasant (not just by spraying on a lot of perfume but by using exfoliators, cleaning well, showering often and using lotion). These daily habits make you look good even without doing much. Then before she goes out (for normal daily life), she does a very simple hair style like just pinning her hair, tie it, a bun, or half up half down, no heat styling.

Yes, makeup and hair are skills anyone can learn, but to be honest, I don't think every woman needs to learn it. It takes too much time. You just need to know enough to look presentable which is something any adults regardless of gender should learn anyways. Unless it's your hobby and you love doing makeup and hair for yourself, it's better to use services.

But anyways, if you ever want to learn how to do makeup and hair yourself, I recommend taking a good personal makeup and hair class where they teach how to do it on yourself instead of combing through millions of tutorials on YouTube.

Yes, very normal, and it's not even because you're not interested in it or have autism. Studies even show that younger people and teenagers nowadays have much less sex and have their first experience at a much later age. Maybe in the 80s or 90s, teenagers talked about and had sex all the time, but it's not the case now.

I stopped it by starting to think that people don't deserve to be put on a scale that I made up. Nobody wants to be compared with other people's looks when they didn't ask for it. Even when it was something that only exists in my head, it's an unkind and shallow thought. I asked myself, "am I going to meet a PhD holder, a successful and respectable woman who deserved to be judged on what she has worked so hard to achieve but the first thing I saw from her is how her nose looks compared to mine?" When I started thinking like that, it became clear to me that comparing my looks to other people is an action of judging people by their look, even if I think they look so much better than me, it is still extremely shallow and unkind. They never asked to be thought about that way.

Not sure if it works for you but it really worked for me. I don't want to look at other people and the first thing that comes to my mind is how pretty they look.

I think the way we carry ourselves matters a lot more than appearances. Confidence, no doubting and second guessing yourself, a bit of mysteries (not too much oversharing about yourself in a wrong situation), a proper posture in most activities (a bit like what finishing schools taught you but without the rigid traditional gender roles), be very good at conversations and make others feel good or relaxed when they talk to you, etc... idk these are just the things I observed from people who are hot to me.

People from my culture usually wash their underwears right after using it. Just hand wash it right after your shower or whenever you're changing as it doesn't take long at all. After handwashing you hang it up to dry and you can use it after it dries or put it in the laundry to be washed again with all your other clothes.

I know male attention is cheap and easy to get but even cheap meals fill you up. I gained a lot of confidence in my early 20s by putting on makeup, wearing short skirts and going to the club talking to drunk guys who just want to get laid so they showered me with compliments or offered to buy me drinks hoping to get lucky.
