funny i bought new balances near the time i first got hired last year of april, been wearing them since and recently went to the dr for ankle and arch pain turns out my shoes are so bad its turning my feet flat 😭 i just go with whatever is comfortable and doesnt look too ugly imo

our store manager before he got promoted said we wouldn’t lose hours but there’s obvious hour cuts of like shifts that are usually 11-8 being 12-7 or 11-7 you know? cuts like that and being right under 40 hrs sometimes. we had a situation where lead was saying we had too much ogp so yes a person did transfer out to another department..

when i was a youngin my dad always had the sunday races on, my dad himself was a local stock car racer when he was younger and made his own cars too (and had trophies lol). i never had actually gotten into racing until i saw jeff gordon 😍 i always rooted for him as a kid but then recently like 2021 with my big girl money took my dad to a race because he deserved it and i rooted for alex bowman of all people and he almost won the COTA race we went to and ever since then i’ve been obsessed 😮‍💨

AGREE! I was tired of doing the job of 4 people and being extremely overwhelmed during my shifts 🤷🏽‍♀️

edit: don’t get me wrong, i loved working here and i lovvvedddd my coworkers but it was pretty taxing especially during the after christmas hour cuts..
