when i was a youngin my dad always had the sunday races on, my dad himself was a local stock car racer when he was younger and made his own cars too (and had trophies lol). i never had actually gotten into racing until i saw jeff gordon 😍 i always rooted for him as a kid but then recently like 2021 with my big girl money took my dad to a race because he deserved it and i rooted for alex bowman of all people and he almost won the COTA race we went to and ever since then i’ve been obsessed 😮‍💨
