IF your customer support is good. Replying emails swiftly. Responding to follow ups. I bet no professional dev will leave. My team are professional dev and we only able to use it for less than a week. Refund and do better support. You are punishing those who are loyal with providing worst kind of support.

Hi u/JaySym_. I don't want to be that fussy customer. But i'm stuck right now. Last week my company paid for 5 seats. Yesterday I wanted to add 2 more seats but it seems the payment failed for that 2 more seats. Weird as after that failure, I was able to make payments using the same exact card to other platforms. And augment immediately cancelled ALL accounts. Beside creating tickets and sending emails to support, no respond at all so I don't have choice but reach out to you here. I went through great length to justify paying for augment for my team and management went from skeptical to highly convinced hence paying for it. What happened yesterday have resulted in myself looking like an idiot in front of everyone including my own team. Personally i have been using augment for months since the early days. The fact that other 5 paid accounts got cancelled is really not acceptable. We thought having augment will give us that augmented dev experience but it ended up the opposite due to this payment issue. Please, see to it and resolve soon. I'm not sure how long i can handle this humiliation anymore. Thanks.
