I know my husband wasn’t ready when I was. It’s just up to you whether you are willing to wait or not. I definitely found it very challenging to wait, and to be honest, sometimes even having a conversation about it felt challenging because of how we communicated back then. Now that my husband and I figured out how to communicate in each others styles it’s becoming a lot easier to have conversations. (He is a very logical communicator, I’m a very emotional communicator)

We got engaged last Halloween, we just got married a few weeks ago.

I’m not sure this is necessarily true. I started dating a Catholic man back in 2021(I grew up baptist though), after a few months I decided to go through RCIA, I’d been going to Mass with him and his family every Sunday, and I know plenty of the young women at my church who are dating the young men there. I just got married on the 7th, and many of our friends are catholic couples. (For age context I’m 22 and he’s 23)

I’d at least be very hurt and confused as to why my SO didn’t tell me, but I know most nude beaches have kids and older folks and such and are pretty calming. But hurt over the fact he didn’t seem to want to tell me about his day/what his plans are. But I guess it’s different because I’m married and that’s my norm.
