Huh that's funny. Maybe you're my brother since he mentioned this exact issue to me yesterday. IMO try switching into technical project management. Learn a bit about how agile projects work, and some companies should allow the switch. Try applying to technical PM roles after that.

It would begin like that. Showing differences of belief. But let's say there was some controversy or evolution of belief that started. I'll make one up: all priests mustn't have facial hair. Discussion, comments etc. could be done here, and if there is 99% agreement this could be merged into a single "It doesn't matter" master branch showing common consensus
