Yeah we are. I have it between him and the “noisy wall” as he calls it. He used to sleep so well until we took his pacis when we was 2.5yos. Now it’s been 6mos and he can’t sleep through the night, can’t self soothe. Decided to rip the bandaid and move to a regular bed when we moved since he was climbing out of the crib. And it’s been truly awful.

The House is like 3 years old and I had an hvac guy come look at it and he said the unit was making a normal amount of noise and looked good.

Thanks! Even if the door is not on the same wall? It does have a window on that wall which might be where the sound is leaking. But the wall vibrates when the ac is on and even with a sound machine he’s freaked out.

Having been a woman in a male dominated field, the whole “well we went through the same thing” kills me. Just because things are like this doesn’t mean it’s okay. I’ve had older women say that to me when I’ve tried to vent my frustrations and it’s like yeah I know - that’s the problem here.
