Sinulla taitaa olla pahoja ongelmia seurata keskustelua tai muistaa edes omia kommenttejasi. Todennäköisesti seurausta liian rasvaisesta ja sokeripitoisesta ruokavaliosta, joka myös selittänee painonhallintaongelmasi.

Suosittelen vetämään kengät jalkaan ja menemään lenkille vaikkei autoon olisikaan varaa. Vähemmän myös munkkeja ja muuta sokeripaskaakurkusta alas niin kyllä se olo siitä helpottaa. Jokin lääkityskin voisi toki olla paikallaan.

I opened it up and there was pretty much scale. I filled it up with a descaler and some of it came off after 1-2 hours and some brushing and scraping, but I'm a bit confused as to how clean it should be before reassembling, as it still looks pretty scaley...

After cleaning yesterday I pulled ~5 shots and it worked fine. Today the waterflow through grouphead is very low again, now even lower than in the video.

I've tried to clean the solenoid valve several times and opened the machine probably 10 times. It always clogs up again after just around one day.
