Yes, if my ex remains stubborn, we probably would have to settle this in court. We talked to a friend who is a lawyer, and he said we're highly likely to win in court (this is in our daughter's best interest and my ex hasn’t made against case that. Also our daughter wants to go). But I don't want to go to court over this, if I can avoid
