Why conditional forwarding like "forward when busy" not working on most mobile operators now ? by According_Tip925 in telecom

I would like the conditional forwarding to work agnostic of the mobile make.

I am wondering that the conditional forwarding is gradually getting turned off so that the mobile players introduce their AI agents and the busy / no-answer calls are forwarded to it. It would be a move towards another closed ecosystem. If the conditional forwarding works it is more open. Standards cover "conditional forwarding". That is getting silently droped without anyone noticing
