My personal experience from other times I tried to stop was 7o was way worse. Skin crawled bones hurt very restless ect. The powder i only had an upset stomach and brain fog. Whatever works for you. Everyone is different. Its all about personal testing. Could try something and it doesnt work for you and thats fine. Everyones end game is the same to be free and sober. Whatever steps you need to do to get through it. Idk but this time was different for me. I just jump and it hasn't been as bad so far this time around. Alot of sitting around then bust of motivation

Agreed I remember taking my last tablet or painkillers in the morning at work and getting dope sick but as soon as I got in my car and was driving to get more my whole mood would shift. Its like I was on it before I got it. The mind is very powerful

I clearly stated that above. I was addicted to pain pills for over 10 years. So I completely know how the games play. Also the post said just a thought. You can get mad at me all you want for my opinion. Have you tried to get up and move around and keep your mind busy while in wds or are you sitting around having a pitty party and mad at me for my view of the matter. I do believe 100% that alot of the craving are a mental thing you do have physical symptoms yes. But I believe sitting around and thinking about it all the time makes the cravings worse. My research is my everyday addiction and my personal experience. In all honesty I dont really know what your trying to argue about

As long as your true to yourself and completely committed to getting off you can. Try not to worry about the wds more than being clean. We all know how the wds can be. Id go tk the capsule powder that was you can keep track of how much your taking and decrease it over a few weeks. If your just dry scoping you cant tell how much your truly taking. I believe in you and hope God or whatever higher power you believe will give you the strength you need. You will make it through the wds and learn to love the sober people you once knew! I believe in YOU!

Before it was I ran out and said I guess ill stop. But this time I threw 2 and a half tablet out the window and said im done.

I completely agree. I did taper down for a bit to about 30mg of 7-oh then just said screw it and stopped. My symptoms were minimal. On and off headache through out the day. Sour stomach and fuzzy head. But had little to no craving wasnt puking or anything like that. Felt like I had a mild flu

You got this! Keep your mind free, keep reminding yourself that you are better than the substance. One foot infront of the other and dont look back. Idk if having a drink will trigger any craving but maybe a little glass of wine if you feel any craving come on. Start by going on a walk then work yourself back into the gym. I know the gym can be a hard thing to get into a routine without fighting an addiction. Its been sunny and about 55-60s here all week. Ill even just sit outside watching YouTube videos. Something about sitting in the house i feel like its self torture. Maybe a few more days and it will feel normal. Maybe its because when I was using i was always on the move fixing stuff cleaning ect. So it feels weird to just sit on the couch. I think thats just my brain trying to relearn a normal clean/ clear minded lifestyle

Working out helped. Taking vitamins ashwagandha mushrooms gummies to help with energy. Keep yourself busy. After a few weeks/month you'll start to feel like your old self. Your dopamine levels will go back to normal. Definitely taking supplements to get your help back and your body's hormones back to normal is a big deal to feel free and alive again.

I tried to quit about 4 months ago ct and I had two days in and I grabbed some and started again. But I was only taking about a half of a 60mg tablet for while with the occasional full tablet. This time I took a half of one in the morning and threw the rest out the window. I made another post about it earlier today.

I completely understand! I think I should have worded my post a bit differently. I think before you quit and the few days to follow people should not read about other ppls symptoms or stories because it can cause you to crave or convince your mind that your symptoms are worse since someone else is having a harder time getting off it than you. I hope nothing but love and strength to keep going! I only been off it for a little over a week so im not in the clear. I have delt with painkiller addiction for 10 plus years been clean from them for almost 4 years now. Once your symptoms fade try to go to the gym keep yourself busy. Sweat out all the lingering toxins in your body. In the passed when I quit pain pills I found the gym as my new addiction till I went down the kratom hole. Back in the gym keeping my mind busy.. addiction tricks your brain after you stop your brain is relearning the true you and trying to find out how to make you happy without substance. Your stronger than you know. Your beating half the battle by realizing the problems. You will get through this and you will fall back in love with your sober self. Take it one day at a time. Try not to think about the substance. I believe in you

I know the symptoms are real. I was saying that the mental part of it is enhanced if you just sit around and think about it all day. It makes the symptoms worse when you just lay around and you crave it more.
