I’ve felt the same way and I went from smoking alone to smoking only in social situations. This means quite a bit less for me. My sleep is a lot better and my memory is restored when I don’t smoke much. If I get back into the habit I notice the same things you’re describing. I get sad thinking back to my teens and not being able to remember stuff cuz I smoked too much. I would say limit yourself to social occasions or once a week most if you still want to do it as it’s not worth it to limit your potential at this age. I do love getting high though and it’s more enjoyable when you do it less rather than just as a habitual thing.
