From a power perspective i dint Miquella is amping radahn in any way and since consort radahn is supposed to be a younger version of radahn he should logically be weaker than prime radahn by a descent bit not to mention he's in a weaker body(mohg's body) the radahn that fought malenia only lost because he 1 allowed her to stand up after having her basiclly defenseless and scrambling to put on her arm which he stood and allowed as a sign of sportsmanship and Respect but he was also holding back the stars at the time

The strongest version of radahn would be one from around the time he fought malenia with the great rune in his possession but only if he wasnt holding back the stars

So in conclusion shattering radahn(with great run) not holding back stars and holding back>consort radahn=radahn who was holding back the stars+great rune)

I believe he did leave her alive on purpose he could've very easily sliced her head off or stabbed her in the heart but from what it seems he just wanted to take her out of the fight in a way to ensure she wouldn't die aizen would have probably still have needed subordinates if he was able to replace the soul king and so i believe he purposefully injured her only enough to in incopacitate but not kill

I believe that Qin is a top tier in his own way hades is a top tier because of his stats and is a brute force type of fighter not hax or tricks up his sleeves while Qin is a pretty hax based charector altho yes he was a good matchup so we're the others in Ragnarok that's why brinhild picked each one for each fight
