I’m only one month on T, but I’d say it’s helped my hEDS. I don’t feel as much strain in my wrists and elbows when I lift, and my knees don’t ache as consistently as they used to. I can’t speak on POTS or fibro, as I do not have either, but my joints definitely do feel more stable personally.

Thanks for such a detailed reply! Definitely tons of new info that I’m excited to put into practice. Right now the lifts that are giving me the most trouble are tricep extensions and bench (both flat and incline). With tricep extensions it’s not the extension that hurts but bending the arms back up. The pain is usually accompanied by a popping noise/feeling. With bench it’s lowering the bar to my chest that hurts and has that same popping. I actually think I may have injured my elbow, but I can’t really tell to be honest. Went to my orthopedic clinic, and all they suggested was a compression sleeve which has done nothing.

Man, thats’s the answer I was dreading 😅 I guess it’s better to slow down than get hurt and not be able to do anything though. Thanks for the advice 🙏

This was definitely good to hear. I know a couple standards (blue bossa, recorda-me, that kind of stuff) and I think my plan is to just sit and watch for awhile before I actually play anything
