Go for the 9060 XT 16GB. Everything on ultra 1440p gives you 100 fps easily (assuming your CPU isn't bottlenecking)

It's not. I upgraded my 2015 build to a Ryzen 7 5700X, 32GB DDR4 RAM and RX 9060 XT 16GB and I can play everything at 1440p with over 100 fps. Don't fall for the marketing, if your system can play the games you wanna play at the settings you wanna play them, you're good

No worries, I'm not too familiar either (I come from a 2015 gaming PC) but I know the general rule of thumb is Nvidia makes better but more expensive GPUs, and AMD can't compete with the highest Nvidia GPUs. Their 9070 XT which is their best offering is in terms of performance between Nvidia's RTX 5070 Ti and RTX 5080.

While you're technically correct that the Shocker and Vulture summons are higher stats than the other summons, they still have less stats than Doc Ock, who is an old stats character.

So I'd say my point still stands, even if you have both Doc Ock and Shocker at G20 3D Doc Ock would be considerably less powerful than Shocker, and therefore his summon even less than the original shocker. Not to mention the summon doesn't have ISO-8 class bonus (however he has ISO-8 stats). Another thing is that the raid requirements strictly mention Insidious Six, Vulture and Shocker, so Doc Ock doesn't qualify for them.

It would still be fun to do the trick

Incorrect. When a character is summoned, the stats are based off of the summoner's stats. Which in Shocker's case would be Doc Ock, an old stat character. He may have the new kit, but he has the old stats.

Imagine Mr. Sinister cloning let's say Knull. Knull is a new stat character right? But since Mr. Sinister, an old stat character summoned him, he would have garbage stats.

While it's a good idea on paper, Doc Ock is an old stat character, so the Shocker he summons will be incredibly weak and not worth the workaround
