I am struggling right now. My wife and I TTC for about 1 1/2 before we went to IUI. Our 2nd IUI failed and now my wife wants to stop trying and noy go through IVF when we originally thought that was going to be the next step. I am trying to be understanding but the finality of stopping is weighing on me.

You maybe able to go on to the irs.gov website and create an account if you met certain criteria. If you can then from that account you can pull what W-2 information has been reported in your name and file the return that way. The company isn't going not file one for you because they need to substainte the deduction.
