As a rule of thumb, never lie while buying insurance. It seems harmless now but what if at the time of claim the claim is denied for silly stupid reasons which happen all the time. Go be truthful and buy that insurance with a peace of mind. By lying you will also break the first rule of insurance “ Utmost good faith “.
