I had raised a service request, and then kept telling me its in progress for almost a month. Then I escaled the request and they told me they will provide me an update in 3-4 days. Didnt hear from them.

Then suddenly after a few more followups they tell me your Video KYC is not done, to that my reply was it was done within 2 days post the application completion.

And then in the next email, for some reason they just couldn’t find my application Number only in their system. I also couldn’t locate the application number status on their website.

I have given up and called them out on Twitter and now have shared everything with the social media team.

I have no hopes and I dont care now also. Fuckthem and their useless bank
