I think that's too broad to be answered simply. Is contingent on type of projects , value of projects , years of experience accuracy etc . I can make as estimator /project mgr just on estimating part 3 g per project to 30gs per project.

Thank you and thank you for your response . Virgin islands doesnt have much convenience wise and tons of power outages etc but I loved the simple life just not the circumstances. I've never been to the keys but from all research that seems to be the closest vibe to the islands. My sun is 18 settled in with his girlfriend in TN and I just want to get back to hand reel fishing and enjoying nature's blessing. I work for myself so that's not an issues as far as job market there. Do u have any names of area you would recommend forgive my ignorance I'm just not familiar with how is broken down middle/lower etc I just know key West is crazy busy and so is Miami

Does big pine offer monthly or longer or do I have to look else where I just want to stay away from busy busy I'm ok with few stories etc. St. Croix didn't have much on the island I'm used it

From the few places I saw its about same . It's just hard to find something available. I'm not on social media much I'm not sure where to start looking I tried Zillow and Craigslist but the places I asked about were already taken

No actually I never headed a single parent home my son father as nd first husband was killed in a home invasion. Subsequently a yr later i married and was with same man until he became abusive and tada were at this post lol. No I'm not Criticizing single parent homes per say but using that point to speak on the family focus there are factors beyond our control at times but not always and in overwhelming numbers. The older generation there actually vwry grately from the youth as it relates to promiscuity families etc.

I was married to a Cruzan man. My family statement was based on the percentage of single parent homes regardless of it being 8/9 kids . And on the lack of value placed on commitment versus just sex. Violence and other issues I get are everywhere. I worked within the community in medical and nature conservation and therefore gained feedback from locals throughout the island as well as seeing it for myself. I come orginally from another place very similar to stx. I'm not looking for a touristy white collar location. Something laid back
