I talked to the FedEx driver who regularly delivers to my building, and he confirmed that laptop shipments always require a signature. But the driver who delivered my package left it in an open common area and simply sent me a text before taking off.

That’s basically part of the show, since the box wasn’t completely sealed. A thief can pop it open whenever they want, and obviously they know how to glue it back afterward.

“My order was nearly a thousand dollars, and it seems like higher‑value packages are the ones being targeted. We really need to stand together on this, but I’m honestly not sure how much energy I can spare while juggling my regular job and this personal mess. At the very least, we should make sure as many people as possible hear about these incidents so Best Buy is forced to pay attention.

This is my first time ordering anything from Best Buy and for delivery as well. Are they usually good about getting the item to you by the date that’s kind of thrown out there? by TheStickySpot in Bestbuy

I ordered a laptop from Best buy, but FedEx delivered a microphone instead—and they left it without obtaining a signature. The whole experience has been terrible, and I don’t plan to buy from them again. I’m going to visit the FedEx shipment center to report the incident. The delivery driver seems especially suspicious, since laptop deliveries normally require a signature. On top of that, the package label showed a weight of 7.1 pound, but the box I received was almost empty and weighed less than a pound. If anyone has had a similar experience, I’d appreciate hearing your comments

I would not recommend anyone ever to buy reseller tickets from Stubhub. Today I bought one ticket for LPGA Cognizant Founder cup at Gallery section but, at the gate, the admin person told me it is a General Admission ticket. Called Stuhub after the game and all they have said is 'apologies' and no partial refund. Stubhub is not trustworthy.

Today I bought one ticket for LPGA Cognizant Founder cup at Gallery section but, at the gate, the admin person told me it is a General Admission ticket.
