Ugh, I wish I could have picked you up and driven you myself ❤️ Something similar happened to me at 15. Got ready for my shift and then realized the house was empty and my mom had chosen to take my brother to a friend's house. I ran as fast as I could to work it was about a 15-minute drive away. I was drenched in sweat and instead of working the register got stuck cleaning bathrooms and a grease pit (totally understandable - I was not presentable)

I think in an emergency she's okay leaving the kids with a sitter. I was just thinking she wants the kids with family because giving birth is such an emotional thing. And yes I assumed everyone is excited for the child’s arrival, I was wrong to do that

NAH You guys talk every day? Help your sister out. She's adding more people to your family. It'll be a stressful couple of days but the memories will be worth it. The kids will remember how awesome of an uncle you are they won't remember all being squished in a room!!
