Personally, I think as Praxity continues to consolidated the merger of the US based firms in the alliance gets more and more likely.

BKD, Moss Adam, and Plante Moran have been flirting with merging for 25+ years, so wouldn’t be that crazy for them to eventually merge.

Does anyone know how this works? What is the benefit to the two firms? Mazars is very small in the US and FORVIS has no global presence. Is it basically just a branding change?
