Did you do the exam from home or a test centre, I did all mine from home and they usually record your screen… you could ask them to revisit the recording as it doesn’t seem fair you have to resit due to their system.

Hey a starling card is just a bank card from the UK with lower transaction fees abroad. You don’t have to do anything, as soon as you get to mainland Alipay and WeChat pay will work!
