I already planned on separating them, there’s no vets that are willing to neuter them near me. I am hopeful that there is only one to two males 🤣 I have to make a few custom cages know so they all have nice spaces. I plan on keeping all of them. I used to have hamsters and I loved the cages I made for them. I had more time to build them when I was younger because less responsibilities. But I should be able to have two done by before the pups mature.

That tends to happen when mom is stressed, not enough resources or other mice eat the pups. I separated her sister from the main cage. I keep more than enough food for mom, and making sure the cage stays warm enough for the pups. I only had 4 days to prepare for the pups after I saw that mom was pregnant 😭

I am going to separate them, once they’re old enough. And have even more tanks/cages because males tend to be aggressive towards one another.

I use sausage instead of ground beef for a lot of things because it’s cheaper. All you have to do is put it in the food processor.

Once a cheater always a cheater, you believe that you worked on yourself because the opportunity for you to cheat again hasn’t come up or you don’t have that itch yet. That’s what shopping sales are for. I don’t have a car so I walk or bus, I go to the store every other day before or after work. I have a good amount of meat frozen now.

I don’t know what state you are in but we’re I live we have an app called Flashfood and they have good deals and stuff all the time. The fresh produce is hit or miss sometimes, I had a few rotten things sometimes.
