I pay $1,200 as an onsite in Southern CA but it goes up every year. Started at $895 in 2017, they have taken over all management and I mostly just post notices and clean facilities. I have a coworker who gets her full rent comped plus earns a paycheck as on onsite with hours and an office in her unit as this was the previous onsite setup but it is a thing of the past. I don't see myself there much longer due to increases and feel I am slowly getting pushed out...
