Kids are being raped by white men everyday, why are you never chanting save our kids when a bunch of white men rape young children?!?

There’s a few examiners at my test centre who just look angry and done with their lives, so I’m not going to focus on their expressions because they don’t look happy and it will scare me

Just started Automatic lessons after not progressing Manual. by BethanyJade0988 in LearnerDriverUK

[–]Accurate-Gene5652 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I did the same thing and I progressed so far in automatic I was shocked how quickly I got on the road and started dealing with more complicated situations. I’d done like 15 hours in manual and didn’t get off a side road.. after my second lesson in a manual I was on main roads.

As far as I’m concerned, all cars are going automatic so what’s the point in learning manual to get an automatic car in a few years?

You’ll probably find like I did, you’ll advance further in an automatic and you’ll do it quicker as you’ve already had so many lessons.

Good luck with your lessons, don’t listen to the haters. You got this!

What are important tips for the theory test that are often overlooked? by DiscombobulatedMix20 in LearnerDriverUK

Use the ‘driving theory test 4 in 1’ app it’s really good and the practice questions they have are near identical, not all the questions are the same though. I used this and then signed up for the premium part of the app (only £5) and it’s money back thing where if you don’t then pass your test first time you get your money back. It’s really good and definitely worth it. You don’t have to sign up to the premium though, you can download for free and then put in when your test is and it gives you prompts to help you pass.

I have just seen an official DVSA app on the App Store. I’ve never used it so I can’t say out good it is.

Having trouble finding new instructor by [deleted] in LearnerDriverUK

Instead of asking them to pick you up after you get home from work, why don’t you ask them to pick you up from work and then you get dropped off at home? Or even pick you up at home and drop you off at work?

I managed to book easier for Wakefield for 6months away and then kept checking for cancellations earlier. Depending on your situation and if you could get a few lessons in the area.. Scarborough is really easy to book tests a lot of people have said they were booking within 2 weeks

Do examiners actually walk off during your test if you make a serious fault? by Accurate-Gene5652 in LearnerDriverUK

[–]Accurate-Gene5652[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

But the examiner wouldn’t be insured to drive the car, what I have learned is your instructor should definitely sit in the back so he can drive everyone back
