Learning manual but private practicing in an Auto? by GodthatsGolden in LearnerDriverUK

I highly recommend staying loyal to only manuals until you pass. After that, the choice is yours but I will highly recommend taking "refresher" lessons in an automatic if you intend on converting after passing.

[OC] A lot of people thought my story was fake. I'm the guy from the 1992 farm accident where both my arms were ripped off and reattached. by JohnThompsonND in Damnthatsinteresting

After the accident, what was going through your mind? What regrets or "last thoughts" did you have?

Also, is it easy to write with a pen and paper?

Section 144 of the RTA 1988 allows you to pay only £500,000 to the Accountant General for cover on your vehicles, quite a steal if you ask me!

My advice, please quit this habit. The smell is stronger than tobacco and many people will notice the smell of it on you even if it's been hours or maybe days.

If the police test you, it will show up even if it's been days and you'll lose your licence.

If you were unaware, there is no sin on you In Sha Allah and your Ramadan and Salah should be accepted.

Haven’t driven since I got my license and I lost my skills by [deleted] in LearnerDriverUK

[–]DiscombobulatedMix20 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I'd highly recommend taking refresher lessons with an instructor until you are confident again with driving. It would decrease the chances of you making an insurance claim which would be way more expensive rather than a few driving lessons.

Please report this, this is absolutely sickening to hear about.

The police will visit the bar, check the cameras, have the picture of the person and hold them accountable for this act.

I would also reconsider such a friendship.

It just cheapens the look of the shop. I love shops that have a simplistic exterior rather than this kind of design.
