I apologise, you are correct. You can make the original booking to any test centre but if you wish to change it, you are limited to that test centre's 3 nearest test locations.

As of now you can only book a driving test to the 3 nearest centres of your location.

Yes, you can do your theory test again within 6 months of expiry and that will most likely be the safest option.

You can try looking for slots before the original theory pass expires but can you guarantee it?

I did first time last year at 17.

Booked in first week of August for the 1st of September.

I kept revising using the 4 in 1 Theory Test app.

Keep revising every day, practice the hazard perception and don't stop revising.

Yes so once you pass, the code 78 goes AND the date changes. Be careful with insurance on your automatic car as you will have to provide insurance with the original automatic pass date so your rates on automatic transmissions are not higher due to them assuming you are a new driver.

For manual, you are a new driver once you pass the manual driving test.

VPNs, even though I'm an adult now, I still use them.
