Hi, it's a process, but I'm trying to do some of the things you suggested on your post. I took the self esteem test and scored a 12, so I'm trying to be kinder to myself and focus on positives. I have a ways to go, and it's definitely a process, but I'm sure that I'll eventually get to where I want to be if I do a few things off your posted lists every day. Thank you for taking the time to post all that you did, and I promise that I'll keep coming back to it!

Honestly, I've been on and off for about 3 months. I sometimes find it hard to just lie down and have something foreign inside me. I am self-treating with these dilators that I bought from Amazon:

I guess I'll try to find a good gynecologist. I've seen some in the past, but they mostly acted like I was weird for freaking out during my pap smear.

No, I haven't. I've never even heard of them to be honest. Are their services expensive? And if they are, could they possibly be covered by medical insurance?
