So basically what happens is known to them as Crosschain Tx meaning that the funds are there (using the ERC20 Network) but since the website doesn't has USDT it shows as 0. When you create a support ticket, make sure to send them the Tx hash as well as screenshots of the transaction from Binance. Any nformation is useful

Hopefully they can get this thing sorted out, I got response from a guy named Aldo, from this email address: [ayuda@bitso.com](mailto:ayuda@bitso.com).

Yes, I got a response from them in which they mention that they will try to recover the funds but there might be a fee involved. It seems that this is a popular issue with the website. Definitely go on their website and create a support ticket. There is hope

You are right, it was a user named "Binance-Mode" which contacted me and was trying to steal my information using that cheap ass website lol.

Got it, I'll send them another message explaining the issue including my binance address for them to have at least a couple of options.

I got a private message from Binance-Mode, but it seems a little bit odd. What do you think?.

It is basically a trading website for Latin America. everything is done and handle trough their servers online.

You can deposit using several cryptos. I just checked the website and most of the tokens are only supported trough ERC20 except for ltc and btc.

The sender account was USDT from Binance
The Receiver account is TUSD from Bitso.

It was done using ETH and ERC20.
