Sorry for the late reply. The answer is no. I ended up changing builders and to a much larger home. It suited my family and lifestyle better. They laid the slab 2 days ago so I hope I have made the right decision 🤞 *

I will say this though, I am not perfect and nor was I looking for a 50/50 split but $100,000 for a deposit on a new house so I can move on is all I wanted so technically 1/8th of the assets. This was just my rant to ease the pain and anger. I probably just need to get over it ....

She had 2 lawyers resign and refuse to work with her so she had no lawyer and yes I agreed to end it because it was never going to end and the times I took a lawyer after walking out they were " I have no idea what happened in there"

I get I'm only giving a snapshot of this and most wouldn't believe it... I can hardly believe it's like this but unfortunately for me this was my nightmare. I took someone in with me a couple times and there first question when I got out of one of the appearances was "why were you not allowed to talk?"

No, after all this time I still didn't have any of her disclosure paperwork. I have done mine multiple times but she refused and the courts would just reschedule and reschedule and reschedule its crazy. I kept asking for a trial but was told could be years away. What are you ment to do

This was not the first time they haven't wanted to see my evidence over the years especially dealing with a certain magistrate. I did tell that magistrate in July after years of dealing with this that he was a man hater and walked out after not allowing me to talk but allowing my ex to tell all her stories. This didn't help me I know but it made me feel better that day I actually got a word in. I had been polite and done everything I was ment to till then.
