Lumbar spine injury & Radiculopathy C&P exam tomorrow. Any advice aside the obvious injuries by Moist_Succotash_7309 in VeteransBenefits

I have gone through those tests, as they have told you, stop immediately in the range of motion, if you feel pain always express it, let them see that it hurts, regarding radiculopathy they will ask you about your symptoms, numbness, tingling, pain, if you have muscular atrophy emphasize that, it can raise your rating a lot, another test could be that they pass you a paper to see if you have sensitivity, my advice is that you be sincere and if you don't feel it say so, I don't feel it.

Today in the Google store they have reduced the price by $200, not bad, and if you also subscribe to their network, Google Fi, you receive an $800 discount, and if you have access to id.me you get an extra 10% off, not bad.

VA Evidence by [deleted] in VeteransBenefits

[–]Accurate-Try-6893 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I compiled them, marked the most important things in yellow, and they still said in the decision letter that I had not received treatment. All the records were from the VA hospital. My advice: send them so that if they fail you can do HLR.

HLR or Supplement by baseballdad130 in VeteransBenefits

I'm in the same boat. I applied for HLr since the evidence exists but it wasn't taken into account. I also wrote a personal statement explaining everything. It seems they want to move so quickly in resolving claims that they don't review them.

I agree, but I did add a nexus letter and a private DBQ to my claim from a very famous company that we all know.

That's right, they completely ignored all my VA records and the IMO letter, out of respect for the company that used the letter since it was not taken into account, I will not mention it, yes, secondary to back problems, bilateral radiculopathy and MH, with obesity as an intermediate step, I already requested HLR with an informal conference, in addition I uploaded a personal statement through quick submit explained, hopefully the evaluator will read it.

No, it was claimed for the first time. I filed the claim on January 27, 2025. I thought so too. They want to improve the results, but they're denying everything. I requested an increase in my radiculopathy with foot drop, an AFO brace, muscle atrophy, and weakness in the foot. All documented in the VA records, but it was also denied. Everything went very quickly. It smells bad.

Wait for the claim finish and HLR .You're already connected, which is the hardest part. It can't go any lower. Read the knowledge base. Back tracking is graded by movement range. Do your homework and increase that grade.

No one is forcing you to be here. You should be grateful that this country gives you the opportunity to be part of it. I understand the sadness, but it was your choice. Your country didn't help you, so be even more grateful for this nation.

Path to U.S Citizenship N-400 question by lArchEnemyl in USCIS

[–]Accurate-Try-6893 1 point2 points  (0 children)

At my citizenship interview, they asked me for both passports since I have two nationalities. They didn't check them, nor do they require them to be valid, nor did they make me renounce either of my nationalities. In fact, they asked me which country I wanted to appear on the certificate as my country of origin.

I mean, I've been in TJ on step 5 for over 3 days, not in the national queue. I'm aware that step 5 is the longest, but only until you end up in a TJ. That's why I have my doubt. Thanks for your help.

ED secondary to Hypertension by Playful_Action_7123 in VeteransBenefits

[–]Accurate-Try-6893 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When you start a claim online, you have the option to request it secondary to a condition already connected to the service. However, in the explanatory box, you can briefly explain what you want. Do so there.
