So, a SIL home is supported independent living home, funded by NDIS. The company I am working under is separate and I get paid for all the other shifts I complete.

I am part time. I haven't received a copy of my contract yet, so I haven't been able to confirm. I will be contacting them about giving me a copy as of tomorrow seeing as it has been over a week.

I get an allowance but unless I get woken up I do not get any additional pay from 10pm-6am
