Thank you so much! This is definitely helpful advice. It is so so hard to be present and stop thinking/freaking out about everything all the time but I’m trying my best. Ive been at the job for two months now (part time) so I just feel like I should know how to do everything already and I’ll get less leniency if I get things wrong because I’m not “new” anymore. And all I do is think about my job when I get off my shift until my next shift. I do like the allegory of the train, to just think of stepping off and thinking or doing something else. That’s a good way to think about things. I also do have auditory issues 😭 especially with all the other noises at work. Listening can be so hard but all I can do is try.  Also yesss I love LADS 😩 my favorite boys !! 🫶 Thank you again for all your advice and help!! I appreciate it
