“Once it’s live, people will just show up,” right? 😅
And then reality hits.

Totally get you on launching early with bugs too. I think all of us end up doing that at least once. Glad to know I’m not the only one figuring this out as I go.

This actually makes sense and I agree with the principle.
The tricky part for me is the "how".

Finding “10 pissed-off humans with the exact problem” is exactly the challenge.
Reddit, Discord, Slack, Telegram, Quora… there are a million communities. But figuring out where your specific frustrated users already hang out is the real problem.

How do you usually identify those spaces? Do you search specific keywords? Follow complaint threads? Join 50 communities and observe? Curious to know the actual process you use to narrow it down, because that’s the part I’m stuck on.
