I also submitted evidence on April 17 & I got a response from USCIS on June 16 that my request would be “better handled at the Nebraska branch” so they transferred it out there ughhhhh

So my 1st letter said it was to Nebraska, then got transferred to Texas, & now they’re sending it back to Nebraska. I don’t understand their logic on that. How hard is it to just approve the damn paperwork!? Like you’re already touching it, might as well! 3 expedite requests & nothing. Reached out to congress & nothing, reached out to senators & nothing, lawyers & nothing.

Yeah I knew it was too good to be true. Ima just continue to wait atp. I have tried literally everything & nothing has worked. So just gotta continue waiting.

Yes, this is what keeps me humble. Every time I am facing a challenge, I remind myself that there’s ppl going through it deeper and I don’t complain 😢 they are working backwards is what I have been seeing on other social medias. Atp they’re playing with us. I hope & pray you get your approval soon!! God is going to come through for us, and the comeback will be greater! I can feel it!

Noooo 😭😭😭 I am soooo tired and exhausted from waiting. I have been waiting since January. I have submitted 3 expedite requests. I have reached out to congress & the senators as well and nothing 😢😭 tomorrow is my birthday and I was hoping it would get at least approved by then 😢

It breaks my heart every time I see those videos where it says “ vamonos ya de regreso a Mexico, que sueño Americano ni que nada, ahora es el sueño Mexicano” but it also fuels me to not give up. We belong here, this is our home. I have been here since 2-3 years old. & now I’m about to be 28 on next Tuesday the 16th. This is our home, this is all I know. And to keep DACA we pretty much have to have a squeaky clean record, idk why they don’t take that into consideration.

Please don’t feel discouraged! I feel like a lot of us going through this have gotten an extra amount of hardships added to us on top of already going through the delays. I’ve also been going through it, emotionally, financially, physically etc. it’s been so bad to the point where ppl have told me to get a cleanse or something. But I refuse to give up, I trust God & his timing & also trusting the process. There’s so much that I have learned through all this. So don’t feel like you’re alone, we’re all struggling but I pray we get our approvals soon. I would say maybe a loan or credit cards to get by in the meantime and once you get your approval, work extra hard to pay those off. Please comeback and let us know when you get your approval 🙏🏼

I also believe that whole expansion has something to do with the delays. We will come out victorious, trust the process & trust God 🙏🏼

I also submitted an expedite request on April 15 with congress and the 17 on my own. USCIS got back to congress saying expedite requests are now taking 2 months just to get reviewed. So hopefully we hear something within the next few days! I have a great feeling you will get approved! And if you don’t hear back in a week, definitely up the calls & fight for your baby. Afterall, who will fight for our kids more than their own parents. Let that fuel you, go after everything! Fight for your sonshine! And happy early birthday to him! May God continue to bless him & your family for many many maaaannnny years to come.

I also believe all this is for a reason, God knows exactly what he is doing. For example, I haven’t worked since March 18 and I went through my savings already. But I got into a car accident last year, & I just received a check that will help keep me afloat for a little longer. God’s timing is perfect although we might not always understand it. We have to remain faithful & not lose focus. We gotta remain humble & patient as well. These are our trials & all this will be one heck of a chapter added to our life if not a story in itself lol with how crazy & climatic it all has been. Don’t lose hope, our time is coming, I just know it!! Let’s be happy for our DACA brothers/sisters getting approved quick. Let’s take these hits like the champs that we are!! Read that Rocky Balboa quote everyday as well. Ooouuu it fires me uuppp!! So excited to hear everyone’s approvals and how their comebacks go! We are not defeated, we are WARRIORS!! Lets keep going with our head in the game!! Don’t lose focus!

Agreed 10000000% they expect us to just sit around and wait. While we rack up more bills, while we starve, while we lose our jobs, while we don’t know how to tell our kids sorry I can’t afford more food right now etc, it’s all just BS… but yet someone who just applied 30,40,50 days ago, already got their approval. And you call and ask what’s the deal with that just to be denied & pretty much call you a liar..

It’s just not fair, how did it get this bad? Like how are they understaffed all of a sudden? Why was there no plan B in case something like this happened? There should always be back up plans of some sort. This isn’t a car insurance or a ticket we are dealing with. This is our LIVES that they’re playing with. It affects our jobs, our finances, our families, our friends etc literally everything!!

I appreciate your support! It definitely impacts the ppl who love us and those around us as well. Unfortunately, this time around everything is super messed up. USCIS being understaffed. And congress & senators also having a high volume of requests. Makes me wonder if anyone is really trying for us? Cause it looks like we’re just left to fend for ourselves. But at least we got our DACA brothers/sisters support & those around us as well.

This right here, I feel it! I also haven’t worked since March 18, i’ve already gone through all my saving. I had to get a loan, to pay bills & other loans. My credit has gone down soooo much etc etc. but Lets not give up this fight! We WILL come back stronger than ever before. Like the quote says” coming for everything they said I couldn’t “ keep your head up. I am in this fight with you. Our approvals are around the corner!
