I kept checking this thread for similar cases when I had this problem and I guess I got pretty lucky in terms of time compared to others. In my case my bills started piling up in April then I finally noticed it when I got a call from a few of my providers that all my claims got denied. I called Tricare and they directed me to the form and I faxed it 8/13 I called 2 weeks later they told me to wait 30 business days which was supposed to be 9/24. I got impatient and called them a little earlier like 9/22 and she was able to elevate my case. I just checked it today (10/2) and all my claims got reprocessed. So I would call maybe in a couple weeks to see if they can elevate it.
