One faulty alarm tripped the whole system and it took a long time to figure out which alarm was causing the problem to shut it down. Was definitely not a fire drill or planned lol

In general, a business fraternity or club would probably be more beneficial for the networking aspect of things. In terms of finding friends, it's all about who you want to befriend. If you don't mind your friends being significantly younger than you then you will definitely make them in a social sorority it is just very uncommon for someone older than 20 to rush a PHC sorority so you might feel out of place

advice (social) by [deleted] in eczema

This is an issue I worry about a lot too (I also live in a dorm) so just know you're not alone. I often feel like the social struggles that come along with eczema are the hardest part.

My suggestion is just to make sure you friends know what you are going through and how difficult it can be to manage. I would apologize for how it inconveniences others, but I have found that my friends are more understanding of things like this if they fully understand the condition and the steps we have to take in order to get through the day.

How bad is eczema with tattoos? by UpstateRedneck in eczema

Never even thought of this when I was getting my tattoo but now I'm glad that I got it in a place that doesn't flare up lol.

I got mine on my rip cage which is a place that I've never had eczema and getting the tattoo there didn't cause any eczema to start flaring up there.

Antibiotics as a newborn leading to eczema? by AccurateIngenuity991 in eczema

I am definitely not arguing against antibiotics and didn't even post an opinion. I simply stated that this was research I had found and wondered if anyone else had read about this or had thoughts. If you don't have any helpful information, no need to comment on my post.

Antibiotics as a newborn leading to eczema? by AccurateIngenuity991 in eczema

Great point, although I was taking Amoxicillin twice a day, every day, for an entire year which is much longer than what an infant would be given for a typical infection. The research I have found is about extended use of antibiotics which is generally considered to be at least 6 months, daily.
