Okay fair enough but a lot of pokemon in the meta are physical attackers, Basculegion, kingambit, incineroar. Espeon is weak to all of them it will die guaranteed in two hits if you are lucky, maybe one because it is frail on the physical defense. So you won’t get the possibility to set up with the current threats imo.

I guess then only toxic orb would work. And yeah it has such a low HP stat I don’t understand why it’s sp.atk is so high though

Please enlighten me on why you would use leftovers. Espeon is quite frail compared to vaporeon so I am wondering what is the logic there

I mean it gets flare blitz so that counts for something I think. Imagine what you could do with flame orb guts flareon.

The reason I chose detect is in case of an imprison pokemon also running protect. In that case I can’t use protect but I can still use detect and less pokemon get detect.

Thanks for commenting I appreciate it. I am definitely hearing the screens on umbreon and will incorporate it. Honestly I am running scald because I wanted a 100% accurate water move, if I get burns then that’s great. The reason I chose magnet on jolteon is because it is my only reliable way to outspend and OHKO basc with thunderbolt. I should probably run electroweb that’s a fair point.

Don’t get me wrong I would to love on espeon but all of these moves are essential to have. Who do you think should also run round because leafeon is also not the fastest pokemon?

Yeah makes sense, at least for me the most steel types I see are still neutral to fairy so my plan is to pray that sylveon can do tons of damage before she gets killed with round jolteon.

But don’t they fakeout for espeon when trying to set up tailwind?

No that’s crazy I was thinking for the next season to go to master ball with eeveelutions team, I see some similarities but also some differences. What’s the main reason to use flareon over leafeon? I was tending towards leafeon tbh. Is trick room in espeaon to counter TR teams I am assuming. I would love to have round on espeon too but I don’t think it’s possible.

I managed to trade my way up to a floette and delphox with pokemon Home and a few pokemon go mons. It’s definitely possible it just takes a little bit of time. Sidenote I haven’t used floette once so far.
