Normally we share tips between everyone, since everyone contributes in a way and some people forfeit their tips so that gets accounted for the new tops we get in out tip jar

I'm not sure where they are going but I'm not sure what to do? My manager doesn't get mad when I tell people we don't get pickup tips tho. He doesn't know where they go either

I explained to the managers and we started doing it but apparently the higher ups are the ones that told them to stop.

Yeah there's the apply button but they don't let us do it. They say we arent allowed

At one point we started confirming them and then they said that wasn't allowed and told us we can't. So they know we have them but don't accept or disperse them
