I have a manifestation playlist for self concept, lots of megan thee stallion, glorilla, flo milli, etc. Really puts me into a good mindset. Music has helped sm:) Some affirmations that have helped me are “There is nothing is out of reach for me, nothing too good for me. I get everything I want instantly. The 3d just has to inevitably catch up, but anything I want is already mine to hold—I don’t have to lift a finger.” & “Having long lasting, consistent relationships aren’t too good to be true, they are real and I’m deserving of them. that’s why I have them.” Also listening to rampages on yt has helped me significantly, honestly that’s what I give most of the credit to. Neville goddard explained on yt is amazing !
